After choosing which package you would like to purchase, just read through our agreement, print our service contract and event planner, fill them out and then send them back via scanned email or postal service to;

**All reservations will be held with a $100.00 deposit that must be confirmed by Sonic Entertainment, LLC in person, telephone, mail, or email.**
**Checks shall be made payable to Sonic Entertainment, LLC **
**There shall be a fee of $30 charged on any returned checks**
**Overtime fee of $75/hr unless otherwise specified by DJ**
**Payment in full must be made to Sonic Entertainment PRIOR to start of dance**
**No date is confirmed unless: Purchaser provides deposit check for amount specified unless waived by Sonic Entertainment, LLC or other payment arrangement has been made.**

For your ease and convenience we’ve included an event planner form for you to download/print and fill out to return to us. The event planner helps us design the entertainment to fit your needs. If you have any questions please contact us at your earliest convenience.
